IT & Network Security Professional
IT professional focused on service desk support, endpoint management, and cybersecurity. Experienced with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and security operations in enterprise environments.
About
I am an IT and network security professional based in Winston-Salem, NC, with a B.S. in Cybersecurity from Old Dominion University and an A.A.S. from Northern Virginia Community College. I hold CompTIA Security+ and am working toward Network+, with a strong foundation in NIST compliance, risk assessment, and hands-on security lab work.
I currently work as a Service Desk Analyst II at HCTec, providing Tier II support across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. My day-to-day work includes Active Directory administration, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, endpoint deployment with SCCM and Intune, and troubleshooting network, VPN, VoIP, and authentication issues involving MFA and SSO.
Before HCTec, I supported large-scale hardware rollout at AON, gained security operations experience as a Network Security Intern at Liberty Hardware (Rapid7, BloodHound, Lansweeper, AD hardening), and assessed federal security controls as an apprentice at KSE Consulting in Washington, DC. My portfolio highlights academic and lab projects in ethical hacking, web security, firewall configuration, and Active Directory penetration testing.
